Since 2020, I have been a Certified Birth Doula supporting families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. I bring over a decade of professional experience as a French baby nurse assistant since 2013, including work in high-acuity newborn care. My extensive training and hands-on experience allow me to provide knowledgeable, compassionate, and confident support helping families feel informed, prepared, and empowered from birth through those precious first days with their baby.

A full-service birth experience that includes personalized prenatal preparation, continuous labor support, postpartum visits, placenta encapsulation, and ongoing guidance throughout your baby's first year.
Two prenatal visits (approximately 2 hours each) to prepare for your birth. Together, we'll discuss common hospital interventions, explore your options, create a personalized birth plan, practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, and labor positions, and prepare for the postpartum transition.
Continuous labor and birth support, with my presence from the moment you need me until your baby is born, plus one hour of immediate postpartum support to help you settle into those first precious moments.
Two postpartum visits in your home to check in, answer questions, and support your family's transition.
Placenta encapsulation (optional) for families who choose this service.
Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy and during your baby's first year, so you always have someone to turn to with questions or concerns.
Reliable backup doula support, ensuring you are fully supported should unforeseen circumstances arise.
